This course is the first step of the 75 required hours to completed towards obtaining an IL Real Estate Broker License. Per Illinois Licensing Law, you must have an active broker’s licensed to provide services in the leasing and sale real estate for compensation. The course consists of two parts in which both must be completed to satisfy the licensing requirements. This required course will help you to prepare for your National and State Exams
Part I: Broker Pre-license (60 required hours), covers topics on: real property, licensing law, state and federal laws, agency, ownership types, buyer & seller relationships, contracts, financing, marketing & advertising, real estate transactions, environmental issues, fair housing and more.
